A tunic with leg-of-mutton sleeves, a high collar, and golden trims, replicates Phillip's elaborate top with soft-to-the-touch velvet, satin, and easy hook-and-loop fasteners on the back. The belt and gold satin lined cape secure with hook-and-loop fasteners to finish the fancy, fuss-free ensemble.
