This Scandinavian inspired look is often seen in garden gnomes. The combination of red, blue, and white is instantly recognizable. This dress has a white, puffy sleeved blouse beneath its blue vest. Red trim and lacing on the bodice flows nicely into the red and white polka dot skirt, which also has a layer of tulle at the hem. The striped leggings add to the air of whimsy. And we can't forget the hat! The most iconic piece, this large hat is red and curves to one side. A couple of flowers on the dress and hat complete the look!
