Your child will cast an irresistable spell in an Orange Light-Up Witch Costume for Toddlers! The exclusive outfit includes a dress made of fabric as orange as a ripe pumpkin, with pretty puffed sleeves and ruffles at the neckline. Its attached black bodice is trimmed in purple and criss-crossed with black ribbon. The ends hang down over the swishy skirt, which features an overlayer of black mesh sewn with LED lights. Add the black witch's hat with its orange ribbon!
