A Quest for Color

As the darkness settled in, the haunting season began. The decorations down the street were festive, but there is always something pretty spooky whenever things are a bit too dimly lit! Strange creatures wandered around everywhere. Ghosts and goblins, even a couple devils! So much black and white... plus a bit of orange from the snickering jack-o-lanterns. All the world really needed was an extra splash of color to make the night a whole lot more fun. 

Fortunately, that's exactly what our little hero is great at. Rainbow Brite brings a flash of light and draws dazzling color wherever she goes. She walked up to every house, gave a smile to each storefront, and let's not even start in on the size of the grins she gave to all of her family members. Naturally, such a gift of glee was worth a little gift. Some bright red licorice. Delicious yellow taffy. Even some of those rare apple-flavored tootsie rolls! The quest for color was complete!
