The long-sleeved jumpsuit fastens up the back and is made of soft blue polyester velour. An oval-shaped tan inset is sewn to the front of the torso, and an embroidered tail is sewn on the back near the elastic waistband. The included foam and velour headpiece has viewing ports inside Sonic's oversized eyes as well as his spiky hairstyle and fabric ears.
