The sizing is way off. I bought a size 13 and my daughter wears a smaller size. They were too small. The company will make you pay to return them. I will not ever order from this company again.Was this review helpful to you?

Size XS (Toddler Size 10)Bought these for my niece for a hippie costume. When I receive them I knew right away they were way too small no way they can these be a toddler size 10 they’re more like a size 5 or 6. Ordered these boots for my daughter who wears a size 11 shoe. I read some of the reviews, so i went up a size and ordered her a 12 (since I read that they ran a bit small), when they arrived they were made for a doll. Extremely small not a size 12 at all, my daughter was so disappointed! I paid extra for shipping so they could arrive on time and it was a hige disappointment! I ordered a pair of boots from this site and they were too small. I immediately called in for the right size and the customer service was fantastic. I ordered a size 13, received size 7. Also they were very cheap made with dried brown glue on the white part of the boot from the soles. After looking at the price the CUSTOMER has to pay for returning them and the restock fee it's not worth sending them back to only cost me more money for a mistake the company made. They also smell of strong chemicals.
