The sleeveless black midriff top is easy to pull on, and it has an all over print of bright pink, purple, blue and green splash marks. The high-waisted skirt features tiered ruffles of turquoise, purple, and deep pink satin and tulle. There's also a contrasting black belt with a decorative buckle. The lace leggings have an elastic waistband and look amazing when paired with the bright pink mesh fingerless gloves. Slip the black headband with its oversized bow into your child's preferred '80's-influenced hairdo!
