You can become the iconic character from the books with this women's costume. It's officially licensed from the Where's Waldo books and it starts with a one-piece dress that has a red and white striped top with a faux denim skirt. The top has long sleeves and ties in back. The hat has a matching red and white stripe pattern and stretches to fit. It even has a little red pompom on top! Of course, you can't cultivate the perfect Wenda look without a pair of glasses and this costume delivers! They're a pair of class, black plastic frames with no lenses to put the finishing touch on your look.
