Isn't it strange how the smallest details make an outfit complete? You can have the cutest dress but if it's not paired with anything (where are your shoes, girl?) than the outfit isn't going to be complete. Tights are an easy way to make your outfit complete while adding a little modesty to that short skirt and warmth for cold Halloween nights.
You might be dressing up as something sweet like a bunny or literally sweet like a marshmallow and these bright white tights will be the perfect accent piece. It's easy to be retro when you pair them with a slick 1960's dress and some character shoes. You could also go the spooky route. These tights will go well with a ghost costume and look wicked with a mummy costume. All you need is a sheet or an awesome mummy wrap, seems pretty simple!

The tights fits me perfectly, although I am quite petite. Average to larger size ladies would be disappointed as the tights might be too small and tight for them.
