The molded resin base is shaped like a pair of hands with black, talon-like nails, wearing silver-tone rings and bangles. The bottom is decorated with images of skulls. Inside the cupped hands rests a small glass bulb. When plugged in and activated, the bulb will glow red and emit purple flares.
