Join forces with Dorothy, the Scarecrow, and the Cowardly Lion when you wear this exclusive, officially licensed Wizard of Oz Tin Man Costume for Toddlers! The long shirt is made of polyester jersey knit and is accented with foam-backed body and elbow pads that have a shiny metallic coating. It's also sewn with a silvery bow tie and printed rivet "buttons." The matching pants are printed with rivet and weld graphics and feature foam-backed knee pads. The costume's hood is topped with an attached foam-backed metallic silver funnel "hat."
