Size MediumMy daughter is so pleased with her costume. She loves all things 50s, and this skirt is so full and pretty, it really fits the bill. She loves to spin around and watch it flair out. She can't wait to wear it for Halloween. Note that the sweater definitely needs to be handwashed to help it maintain shape; I'm not sure about the skirt, but I will probably hand wash that too.
As a side note, this company has also been wonderful to work with. Our first order had a sewing flaw within the skirt. I took pictures, sent the email late in the evening, and within 10 minutes I had a response of an apology, a way to return the damaged items, and the replacement was sent out the next day. Height 5'7" | Weight 152 | Size LargeI would have given this costume 5 stars, but the collar was sewn on the top wrong. Other than the collar, I was VERY happy with my purchase. I have purchased a few costumes from here and have had a great experience! Costumes have been exactly like the picture, true to size and great quality.
Red skirt fit well and the style and length were great. Sweater however is a different story - literally see through and ran very small, too tight to even be comfortable. Does not resemble in detail the sweater in the picture. Using the easy return policy and finding something else!Was this review helpful to you?

The only impressive thing about this outfit was the skirt, it actually fit. The sweater collar kept going up and I had to flatten it all day long. Felt like I had wings and it was beyond super annoying. Pom Poms were ridiculously overpriced. The costume is really cute and authentic looking. The only problem I have with it is that it is a little smaller than it should be. I matched my measurements with the size which was a large but I could barely get the sweater over my head and I had to have help zipping the skirt. I'm afraid to wash it because if it shrinks I won't be able to wear it. I ordered an XL to be sure I get a L and it fits as a S-M!
I wanted to use it for theater and it’s not going to be possible!
Considering the price I paid, over 80$, this is a huge deception.

The quality from the photo is not what I received. The sweater is see through and too tight even though I sized up. The skirt is too long, I’m 5’5 and it’s almost to my ankle.
