Height 5'4" | Weight 135 | Size MediumI bought this costume for myself and am planning to wear it to surprise my soon to be 9 year old son during his World War 2 themed birthday party! My son loves wearing costumes and will be receiving a WW2 soldier costume himself, as a gift. We will be dressed up together!
I love the look of this costume while it's on. For me, the arms run somewhat small but the rest of the costume seems on par with its size (medium). I love that the skirt is knee length, so the costume is not racy or inappropriate. I wish the hat was a little bigger and made of a different fabric. Height 5’7” | Weight 136 | Size MediumWow! What a great WWII costume. I feel like I have stepped back in time. This costume is very well-made. The skirt is full and drapes really well. I didn’t have an issue with the hat but I probably won’t wear it because I will do my hair in a victory roll or something like it. One thing to be very very careful about is the belt. It’s a bit tricky! I pulled it way too tight and I couldn’t get it to loosen. I literally couldn’t breathe and it took me about 5 minutes to figure out how the inside clasp works. I suggest practicing before you wear it!!! Thanks so much to the reviewer who posted all those great pics - you look like you belong in a WWII movie! It helped me to decide on this great costume! I am so excited to wear this!!
