The sleeveless green velour top is designed to look like a vest, with gold-tone shamrocks and vines embroidered on the black lapels, a double row of golden buttons running down the front, and an asymmetric hemline that's longer in back. It looks festive and fun when worn over your favorite button-up shirt. The black leggings have a comfortable elastic waistband and have narrow metallic gold stripes printed along their length. The headband with its attached mini top hat is the perfect addition to your hairdo!
