This is a nice skirt. It has good fullness and the elastic is very comfortable. The only flaw is the plastic hoops were tightly wrapped and I could not get them to straighten. I ended up using hoops from a different skirt.Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
