A wild west saloon
Being a Saloon Gal in the old Wild Wild West meant a couple of very important things. Namely, that you greatly enjoy piano playing, and that you greatly enjoy whiskey sipping! Yup, that's about it, because these ladies of the Old West loved to spend their time hanging out at the local watering hole, making lots of friends and having a good time!
That's what that lifestyle was all about, of course, and these women of the West had a distinctive style of dress, too. A hi-low bustle skirt, corset, and an off-the-shoulder dress would be the typical attire of a Saloon gal, and if you'd like to give the Wild West a go, all you're going to need to get into character is a dress that fits the bill. And this Saloon Gal costume will be just the thing!
Design and Details
A flattering style for any body type, this costume features a western-styled off-the-shoulder dress. It has an attached skirt and distressed leather-look lace-up waist corset. Faux leather and satin details in earth-toned colors create the perfect effect. Please note that the choker, petticoat, and western boots pictured are sold separately!

Height 5’4” | Weight 145 | Size LargeBought this for our annual costume party, this year’s theme was country-old west or modern. Was able to get the dress on without opening the zipper, would have exchanged the large for a medium. Re-laced the corset and cut a small piece off to tie on a low side pony. Got the petticoat too that ran small-but only one size so I cut the elastic. Height 5’3” | Weight 115 | Size MediumI purchased the “Saloon Gal” outfit and I love it. I am a small size in most clothes but I read the size guide regarding this costume. It advised that a medium would be the best fit for me. Height 5'6 | Weight 110It doesn't drag on the ground and if you are around my hight it won't hit at all when you wear shoes. If you want the skirt to poof out you have to buy the white accessory skirt. However it looks great without it to. Also it is pink and brown not white and brown.
