I haven't yet had a chance to wear for a costume event (which would mean a day of walking), I can't speak to longterm comfort. But they are regualr boot quality - not cheap costume boots. A quick try on feels reasonably comfortable compared to any heeled boot. A bit narrow as pointed toes tend to be.
