This officially licensed piece is made of black synthetic hair styled into a ponytail, tied with a red cord to look like licorice. Small pieces of decorative "candy" are secured to the strands, just like Vanellope's style in the movie!

The wig is definitely cute but due to the style (not necessarily manufacturing issue) the sides of wig between forehead and ear didn't cover so had to double up on wigs (using a cheap retail witches wig) and bobby pins are.a godsend to keep everything in place *including the ponytail that kept flopping if I moved a certain way...overall good quality but have a backup plan for better full coverage.Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
