Black satin insets printed with a metallic gold pattern of moons and stars are sewn to the centers of the bodice and the skirt. A matching ruffle is sewn around the waist. Height 5'4" | Weight 103 | Size SmallThis was an awesome costume. I received so many compliments! The Hat is somehow designed to have that Witch dip. I am short waisted, so I pulled the bodice down rather than trying to alter it and it worked just fine. There is a nice crinoline skirt underneath to give the skirt a nice flare.
