It's such a magical moment in the Harry Potter story when the sorting hat chooses which Hogwarts house the children will be in! So much excitement and anticipation at once in such an important, life-changing event. We've been thinking that it would be great to have our own sorting hat, to bring a little bit of excitement to our lives as well! "Hey sorting hat, what should I wear to work today?" "Sorting hat, can you arrange my DVDs while I'm out? Alphabetically, please." "Oh, Sorting Hat, which political party should I vote for this year?"
Ugh. There's just no way to make real life as magical as Harry Potter. That is, unless you're planning your own Harry Potter-themed party. Then it might start to get pretty magical. And if you do, might we suggest this officially licensed Harry Potter sorting hat. Now this particular hat is not gonna be able to give you great career advice, or tell you which house to belong to, but it will definitely accessorize your party nicely.
The hat is brown cotton and polyester, and it has a wired rim, which means you know it'll be sturdy and stay up. It has four tattered straps that hang down from underneath the hat, similar to the one in the movies, and you can adjust its size with Hook and Loop fastener in case multiple people will be trying on the light brown hat. No Harry Potter fan should be without one, even if it won't assign you to Gryffindor house...
