Most ordinary villagers think that all witches are the same - that they all wear tattered black robes, have several warts, keep black cats around their sinister huts, and like to boil simmering, glowing vats of eye of newt and toe of frog. In actual fact, witches are very unique people! Some only like to use fresh flowers and herbs in their potions, and others control the winds and seasons. Still others prefer to let their powers lie dormant until it's time to go trick-or-treating once more.

Your little spellcaster will look spellbinding when wearing her exclusive Celestial Toddler Witch Costume! The outfit includes a gown that's designed to look like a long coat belted around a same-length dress. The bell sleeves, outer bodice, and overskirt are made of black fabric that's printed with metallic images of moons and stars. The bodice and skirt inset are both made of heavenly blue material. A high collar frames your toddler's face, and a wide black belt fastens around her waist. The metallic-printed witch hat features a blue band decorated with a silver-tone buckle!

Size 2TSize up! I ordered 2T for my 2.5 year old and the head hole is definitely small to put over her head and the dress was snug. Fine for Halloween and little hard for layering (we live in colder area so need to layer up to stay warm.)Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
