Practice your best evil cackle! This exclusive, officially licensed Girl's Wizard of Oz Toddler Wicked Witch Costume will transform you into one of the best villainesses in history! The ankle-lenth dress fastens at the back and is made of black poplin fabric. The bodice is detailed with puffy leg o' mutton sleeves and decorative lacing. A foam-backed pouch attaches to the left side of your waistline. The matching black hat comes to a high point and has memory wire in its brim so that you can pose it as desired.
