So I ran across a funny story in the news: a restaurant in Edmonton, Alberta paid more than CA$16,000 for a donair costume. The CBC reports that the costume "comes complete with shaved meat, sauce, tomatoes, onions—and, somewhat controversially, lettuce". Bidding for the costume began at CA$50 in July.
Now I'm going to suggest—not controversially, I hope—that you don't need to spend thousands of dollars when you could get our burrito costume for a tiny fraction of that. Check it out:

Sure, our costume isn't exactly a donair (or doner kebab) costume—but it's close. It's a loaded burrito like you would find at fast-casual restaurants: aluminum foil wrapped around a tortilla with fillings (like beans, rice, and vegetables). If you're looking for a donair costume alternative, this is the one.
Anyways, Halloween is approaching fast so get them before they're gone.
